New Learning Ecology: Building E-Learning Power

摘要 学习生态是学习者在学习空间中的基本生存状态,学习空间中的因子的不同组合,可以帮助学习者建立与其能力起点相适应的学习环境,并促进学习者形成面向未来社会的持续适应性。与自然生态相比,学习生态的关键特征在于学习者的认识发生和知识建构,客体变化与认知冲突有助于学习者产生求知的动力,学习空间中的因子组合,可以促进多重干预,并引导学习者不断完成自我调节,可以说学习生态的发展路向就是指向个体成长并促进个体形成社会适应性。新技术的发展过程,总是以提升人的能力为依据,并参考人的行为沿着由外向内的技术发展路线进行演进。现代技术实现了物联物通,延展了学习空间,空间中的因子组合的多样性,使得学习生态实现了从原生态向新生态的转向,并促进了面向"学习结构"的学习样式得以实现,便于学习者的主体决策。因此,学习新生态,就是在技术融合视域所形成的学习者与学习空间之间的关系的持续重构,其终极目的在于帮助学习者构建信息化学习力。 The learning ecology is the basic living state of the learner in the learning space. Different combinations of factors in the learning space can help learners to establish a learning environment that is compatible with the starting level of their ability,and promote learners to form sustainable adaptability to the future society.Compared with the natural ecology,the key features of the learning ecology lie in the occurrence of learners’ knowledge and knowledge building.The change in objects and cognitive conflicts provide the learners with the motivation to learn.The combination of factors in the learning space can promote multiple interventions.To guide learners to achieve self-regulation continuously,it can be proposed that the development direction of the learning ecology is to point to individual growth and promote individual adaptation for the future society. The development of new technology is always based on the improvement of human capabilities,and the evolution of technology from the outside to the inside with reference to human behavior. Modern technology has established the interconnection between things to things that extends the learning space and the diversity of factor combinations,leading to the transformation in learning ecology from original ecology to the new ecology. The learning style with a focus on "learning structure" can be operated in the new learning ecology which can facilitate learners’ subjective decision-making. Therefore,the new learning ecology features the continuous reconstruction of the relationship between learners and learning space from the perspective of technology convergence.The ultimate goal of this line of effort is to help learners build their E-learning power.
