教育现代化与时代新人的培养--中国教育学会中青年教育理论工作者分会第28次学术年会综述

Educational Modernization and Personnel Training in the New Era:Summary of the 28th Annual Academic Conference of the Youth and Middle-Aged Educational Theorists Branch of The Chinese Society of Education

在中国教育学会中青年教育理论工作者分会第28次学术年会上,围绕主题"教育现代化与时代新人培养",与会者展开了深入讨论。与会者充分认识到教育现代化的核心是人的现代化。教育现代化中的教育改革问题,已经深入到教学、区域教育、教师发展现代化等具体问题上。基于人的全面发展思想,时代新人的培育可以落实为文化育人和劳动教育两大抓手。新时代的家国认同需要梳理国家与教育的关系,厘清对象,以文化落地的形式夯实国家认同的基础。人工智能与教育信息化要以技术逻辑和人才培养逻辑的统一为出发点,处理数据获取等方面的问题。

At the 28th Annual Academic Conference of the Youth and Middle-Aged Educational Theorists Branch of The Chinese Society of Education,the participants held an in-depth discussion on the theme of"educational modernization and the cultivation of the new generation".Participants fully realized that the core of educational modernization is human modernization.The educational reform in the modernization of education has been deeply rooted in specific issues such as teaching,regional education,and the modernization of teacher development.Based on the idea of all-round development,personnel training in the new era can be carried out as two major drivers of cultural education and labor education.National identity in the new era needs to sort out the relationship between the state and education based on conceptual clarification and cultural construction.Artificial intelligence and educational informatization should be based on the unity of technical logic and personnel training logic in order to deal with data acquisition and other issues.
