摘要
构建SBR-污泥减量及同步回收磷系统,当厌氧停留时间为8 d,CaO2投加量为0.1 g/gVSS,初始污泥质量浓度为10 400 mg/L时,Ⅰ池污泥减量(以TS计)达20%。SBR剩余污泥在Ⅰ、Ⅱ池的分配比为4∶6时,污泥上清液溶解性总磷从2 mg/L增加到8 mg/L。当初始pH为9、Ca/P物质的量比为2.7、反应时间为65 min时,污泥上清液中磷回收率达到95%,总磷排放达《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18198-2002)一级A标准。
An SBR-sludge reduction and simultaneous phosphorus recovery system was constructed. When the anaerobic residence time was 8 d,the amount of CaO2 added was 0.1 g/gVSS,and the initial sludge concentration was10 400 mg/L,the sludge reduction(in terms of TS) of the pool Ⅰ reached 20%. When the remaining sludge of SBR was distributed in pools Ⅰ and Ⅱ at the ratio of 4∶6,the total dissolved phosphorus in the sludge supernatant increased from 2 mg/L to 8 mg/L. When the initial pH was 9,the Ca/P substance ratio was 2.7,and the reaction time was65 min,the phosphorus recovery rate in the sludge supernatant reached 95%. The total phosphorus emission reached level A of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18198-2002).
