三仁汤儿科临床应用举隅

Clinical application of Sanren Decoction in pediatrics

三仁汤出自吴鞠通的《温病条辨》,由杏仁、白蔻仁、生薏苡仁、半夏、厚朴、滑石、通草、竹叶组成,主要用于治疗湿温初起及暑温夹湿之湿重于热证,本方开创了三焦辨证之先河。三仁汤加减可针对上、中、下三焦病症(本文以淋证、便秘、咳嗽三个病例为例),应用于儿科临床,治疗范围广泛且均可取得良好效果,值得临床借鉴及推广。

Sanren Decoction,which is first prescribed by Wu Jutong in Syndrome Differentiation of Febrile Diseases,is composed of almonds,nutmeg kernels,raw Coix seed,Pinellia ternata,Magnolia officinalis,talc,Tongcao(通草)and bamboo leaves.It is mainly used in the treatment of dampness and heat syndrome from the beginning of wet temperature and summer temperature.This prescription pioneered the syndrome differentiation of Sanjiao(三焦).Modi fied Sanren Decoction(三仁汤加减)can be used in pediatrics for upper,middle and lower trifocal disease(taking gonorrhea,constipation and cough as an example).It has a wide range of treatment and can achieve good results,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
