探讨早期中医康复介入治疗脑出血患者的临床效果

Clinical e ffect of early rehabilitation and interventional therapy in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage

目的:对脑出血患者实施早期中医康复介入治疗的效果进行探讨。方法:研究对象选取我院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的88例脑出血患者进行分析,将其按照治疗方法的不同随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各44例患者,观察组实施早期中医康复介入治疗,对照组实施常规治疗,对比两组治疗效果、肢体功能评分和生活质量评分,评估方案的应用价值。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组治疗后的上肢功能评分和下肢功能评分均优于对照组和治疗前,且观察组的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床将早期中医康复介入治疗方案应用到脑出血患者的治疗中,能够显著提高治疗效果,改善患者肢体功能,且利于后期生活质量的提高,故值得进一步推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation intervention therapy for intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:88 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were analyzed and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 44 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with early intervention therapy of TCM rehabilitation,the control group was treated with routine therapy,the therapeutic effect,limb function score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups,and the application value of the scheme was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The scores of upper limb function and lower limb function in the observation group were better than those in the control group and before treatment,and the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical application of early rehabilitation interventional therapy in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,promote the limb function of patients,and enhance the later quality of life,which is worth further popularizing.
