地黄饮子联合针灸治疗脑梗死偏瘫失语临床观察

Clinical observation of Dihuang Yinzi Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegic aphasia

目的:分析地黄饮子联合针灸治疗脑梗死偏瘫失语的效果。方法:筛选2016年8月-2018年3月在我院接受治疗的120例脑梗死偏瘫失语患者,采用数字分组法,分为试验组和常规组,常规组予以常规基础治疗,试验组选用地黄饮子联合针灸治疗,对比两组临床效果和机体功能改善情况。结果:试验组患者接受治疗后的NIHSS评分、FMA评分优于常规组;试验组获得了与常规组相比更高的临床总有效率,对比两组数据有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:脑梗死偏瘫失语选用地黄饮子联合针灸治疗,能够强化临床疗效,促进患者机体功能恢复。

Objective:To explore effects of Dihuang Yinzi Decoction(地黄饮子)combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegic aphasia.Methods:120 cases of cerebral infarction hemiplegic aphasia patients who received treatment in our hospital from August 2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the conventional group by digital grouping method.The conventional group was given routine basic treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Dihuang Yinzi Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical effect and improvement of body function of the two groups were compared.Results:The NIHSS and FMA scores of patients in the experimental group after treatment were better than those in the conventional group.The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the data of the two groups were statistically different,P<0.05.Conclusion:Dihuang Yinzi Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can strengthen clinical efficacy and promote the recovery of body functions in the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegic aphasia.
