健脾汤联合中药贴脐对小儿荨麻疹患者治疗后复发率的影响

Effect of Jianpi Decoction combined with medicine sticking navel on the recurrence rate of children with urticaria after treatment

目的:探究健脾汤联合中药贴脐对小儿荨麻疹患者治疗后复发率的影响,以期进一步提高小儿荨麻疹的临床治疗效果,降低治疗后的疾病复发率。方法:选择我院2016年12月-2018年9月收治的小儿荨麻疹60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为仅采用西药治疗的对照组和采用健脾汤联合中药贴脐治疗的观察组,每组30例,比较分析两组患儿治疗后的临床效果、不良反应发生率,以及治疗后的复发率。结果:分组治疗后,观察组患儿临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿临床不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:作为一种突发性和非感染性的皮肤疾病,小儿荨麻疹具有比较复杂的发病因素,包括细菌、病毒、化学物质、花粉、遗传等,均会引起该疾病的发生与发展。一直以来,临床始终采用抗组织胺或抗过敏药物对小儿荨麻疹进行治疗,虽然在治疗期间患儿的疾病症状能够得到明显的改善,但是一旦停药,便极可能出现疾病复发,对患儿的正常生活和学习产生严重不良影响。经研究,临床应用健脾汤联合中药贴脐治疗小儿荨麻疹后,可明显提高临床疗效,减少患者治疗过程中不良反应的发生,对促进患儿身体健康发育具有重要价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of Jianpi Decoction(健脾汤)combined with medicine sticking navel on the recurrence rate of children with urticaria after treatment in order to further improve the child urticaria clinical treatment e ffect,reduce the disease recurrence rate after treatment.Methods:60 cases of pediatric urticaria admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group treated with western medicine alone and the observation group treated with Jianpi Decoction combined with Chinese medicine attached to the umbilicus,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical effect,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:After grouping treatment,the clinical e fficacy of the observation group was signi ficantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of clinical adverse reactions in the observation group was signi ficantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:As a kind of sudden and non-infectious skin disease,infantile urticaria has complicated pathogenic factors,including bacteria,virus,chemicals,pollen and heredity,which can cause the occurrence and development of the disease.Antihistamine or antiallergic drugs have always been used to treat pediatric urticaria clinically.Although the disease symptoms of the children can be significantly relieved during the treatment,once the drug is stopped,the disease is very likely to recur,which has a serious adverse impact on the normal life and learning of the children.According to the research,the clinical application of Jianpi Decoction combined with Chinese medicine patch umbilicus in the treatment of pediatric urticaria can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in the treatment process of patients,and has an important value in promoting the healthy development of children.
