中药洗剂外敷对肿瘤化疗留置PICC导管术后并发症的护理对策

Nursing strategy of external application of traditional Chinese medicine lotion on postoperative complications of PICC catheter for tumor chemotherapy

目的:探讨中药洗剂外敷对肿瘤化疗留置PICC导管术后并发症的护理对策。方法:选取68例我院于2017年2月-2018年2月所收治的经化疗并留置PICC导管实施长期静脉输液的肿瘤患者,依静脉穿刺位置不同分为对照组和研究组,分别行正中静脉和贵要静脉穿刺留置PICC导管,在行中药洗剂外敷的同时给予患者针对性护理,观察并比较两组患者导管留置时间与并发症的发生率。结果:两组患者导管留置时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(17.64%vs26.47%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对肿瘤化疗患者,行贵要静脉留置PICC导管较正中静脉的效果更佳,采取中药洗剂外敷,联合给予针对性护理对策有利减少患者术后并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the nursing countermeasures of external application of traditional Chinese medicine lotion on the postoperative complications of PICC catheterization for tumor chemotherapy.Methods:68 patients with tumors who underwent long-term intravenous infusion of chemotherapy and indwelling PICC catheters from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the location of the venipuncture.The PICC catheter was indwelled by venipuncture,and the patients were given targeted nursing while the traditional Chinese medicine lotion was applied externally.The catheter indwelling time and the incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:There was no signi ficant difference in catheter indwelling time between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was signi ficantly lower than that in the control group(17.64%vs26.47%).There was signi ficant di fference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with tumor chemotherapy,it was better to use the PICC catheter for intravenous indwelling than the median vein.Taking external application of traditional Chinese medicine lotion,combined with targeted nursing strategies could help reduce postoperative complications.
