《太平惠民和剂局方》中酒的应用

《太平惠民和剂局方》是我国历史上第一部由政府组织编纂的成药典,其所藏医方配伍严谨,制剂和用法规范。酒是我国传统中药剂型中的主要剂型之一,入心、肝、肺、胃经,通血脉,御寒气,醒脾温中,行药势。本文通过对《局方》用酒的全面分析总结,对全书259首涉酒方剂进行归类探讨,从运用范围、酒种制法、服法功用等方面入手,得出《局方》中补益类药物在用法上以“酒浸”为主、服法上倡导温热内服,且主要用治诸风(占酒方21.62%)和妇人诸疾(占酒方20.08%)等结论,反映出酒作为赋形剂和药物在宋朝的广泛运用,为研究当时的医疗生活状况和现代新药酒品种的研发,促进药酒配方的优化,指导正确使用药酒起到了一定的指导作用。

“Taiping Huimin Drug Dispensary”is the first pharmacopoeia compiled by the government organization in the history of China.The prescriptions are strictly compatible.Alcohol is one of the main dosage forms in traditional Chinese medicine.It is used in heart,liver,lung,and stomach,blood circulation,warming the cold,waking the temper and warming the body.Through the comprehensive analysis and summary of the medicinal liquor used by the Bureau,this paper discusses the 259 wine-related formulas in the whole book,starting from the scope of application,the method of medicinal liquor production,and the function of the service,and draws the bene fits from the Bureau.The use of drugs in the form of“wine dip”is the main method,the service advocates warm and oral administration,and mainly uses the rule of the wind(accounting for 21.62% of the medicinal liquor prescription)and women's diseases(accounting for 20.08% of the medicinal liquor prescription)and other reflections.The use of alcohol as an excipient and a drug in the Song Dynasty has played a guiding role in studying the medical life situation at the time and the research and development of modern new medicinal liquor varieties,promoting the optimization of medicinal liquor formula and guiding the correct use of medicinal liquor.
