摘要
采用不同共混顺序制备了两种乙烯–辛烯共聚物(POE)/聚酰胺12(PA12)/多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)复合材料,考察了MWCNT含量及分布对POE/PA12复合材料力学性能、电学性能及流变特性的影响。结果表明,MWCNT先与POE共混的复合材料(ENTx)拉伸强度和撕裂强度均比先与PA12共混的复合材料(ANTx)高。ENTx和ANTx复合材料的导电逾渗值分别为体积分数0.29%和0.56%。两种复合材料储能模量曲线均在低频区呈现明显的“第二平台”,表现出凝胶化现象,凝胶点对应MWCNT体积分数分别为1.9%和2.1%。MWCNT易于分散在PA12相,ENTx中的MWCNT会从POE相向PA12迁移,最终分布在PA12相、POE相以及两相界面处,而ANTx中的MWCNT不会发生迁移,主要分布在PA12相中。
Ethylene-octene copolymer(POE)/polyamide(PA)12/multiwalled carbon nanotube(MWCNT)composites were prepared through melt blending according to different blending sequences.The effects of MWCNT content and distribution on mechanical,electrical and rheological properties were investigated.The results show that the tensile and tear strength of ENTx are higher than those of ANTx.The conduction percolation values of ENTx and ANTx are 0.29vol%and 0.56vol%,respectively.Storage modulus curves of two kinds of composites present“second plateau”in the low frequency region and exhibit obvious gelation phenomenon.The contents of MWCNT corresponding to gel points are 1.9vol%and 2.1vol%.MWCNT has good adhesion with PA12,can migrate from POE phase to PA12 phase for ENTx composite and distribute in POE,PA12 and the interfacial region.However,MWCNT in the ANTx composites cannot migrate and only locate in PA12.
