摘要
赖氨酸可以直接参与动物机体蛋白质的合成,作为鸡、猪的限制性氨基酸,其在饲粮中的含量不仅反映了饲粮蛋白质的品质,而且对提高动物的日增重、饲料转化效率以及改善动物的胴体品质等都会产生重要的影响。本文结合目前国内外的现有研究,对赖氨酸及其在鸡、猪营养中的应用作简要的概述,为赖氨酸在畜禽营养中的进一步研究与应用提供理论依据。
Lysine can directly participate in the synthesis of protein in animals.As a limiting amino acid in chickens and pigs,lysine its content in the diet not only reflects the quality of dietary protein,but also has an important impact on improving the daily weight gain,feed conversion efficiency and the carcass quality of animals.In this paper,combined with the current research at home and abroad,the lysine and its application in chicken and pig nutrition are briefly summarized,which provides theoretical support for further research and application of lysine in livestock and poultry nutrition.
