摘要
miRNA-33与脂代谢紧密相关,是微小RNA(miRNAs)家族成员中参与脂代谢调控的主要因子。而脂代谢异常是诱发心血管疾病的罪魁祸首,对人类的健康具有重大威胁。实际生产实践中,脂代谢异常对家畜及禽类的影响也逐渐受到重视。研究发现,miRNA-33通过对靶基因转录水平的调控,影响脂代谢相关蛋白的表达水平,从而影响脂肪酸合成、脂质积累、胆固醇流出、胆汁酸代谢、动脉粥样硬化等,进而实现调节机体脂代谢的作用。本文就miRNA-33的生物学功能及其参与脂代谢作用的研究概况进行综述,以期为探讨miRNA-33调控脂代谢作用的机制奠定理论基础。
miRNA-33 is closely related to lipid metabolism and is the main factor involved in lipid metabolism regulation in members of microRNA(miRNAs)family.However,abnormal lipid metabolism is the culprit of cardiovascular diseases,which poses a great threat to human health.In practice,the effect of abnormal lipid metabolism on livestock and poultry has been gradually paid more attention.Studies have found that miRNA-33 affects the expression level of lipid metabolism-related proteins by regulating the transcription level of target genes,thereby affecting fatty acid synthesis,lipid accumulation,cholesterol outflow,bile acid metabolism,atherosclerosis,etc.,so as to regulate the body’s lipid metabolism.In this paper,the biological function of miRNA-33 and its involvement in lipid metabolism were reviewed,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the study on the mechanism of miRNA-33 regulating lipid metabolism.
