摘要
为了研究圆筒形辅助结构对半球药型罩射流成型及侵彻性能的影响,运用非线性动力学仿真软件Autodyn-2D的Euler算法对模型进行数值仿真。研究得到:带有圆筒形辅助结构的半球药型罩比普通半球罩成型更好,射流头部速度提高了58.75%,射流长度提高了61.54%,侵彻能力提高了46.08%.据此结果,当研究结构的圆筒直径为30 mm、圆筒高度为30 mm时,射流的综合性能达到最好。
In order to study the influence of the cylindrical auxiliary structure on the jet forming and penetration performance of the hemispherical hood, the numerical simulation of the model was carried out through the use of the Euler algorithm of the nonlinear dynamics simulation software Autodyn-2 D. The results show that the hemispherical hood with cylindrical auxiliary structure is better than the common one. The velocity of the jet head is increased by 58.75%, the length of the jet is increased by 61.54%, and the penetration ability is increased by 46.08%. According to the results, when the dia-meter of the cylinder is 30 mm and the height of the cylinder is 30 mm, the comprehensive perfor-mance of the jet is the best.
