摘要
针对小口径高炮存储供弹系统携弹数量受限、供弹阻力大及供弹线路长等问题,提出了一种新型旋转存储供弹系统。该系统采用4个独立小弹仓组成的存储弹箱对供弹系统进行旋转供弹,大大缩短了供弹线路,减小了供弹阻力。通过合理匹配旋转供弹时间达到安全可靠的旋转供弹。该供弹系统结构设计简单紧凑,控制操作方便,运行可靠,不但满足火炮全程高射速情况下输弹动作平稳,拖弹阻力小,而且操作维修方便,能有效解决目前小口径高炮存储供弹系统的难题。
A new rotary storage and ammunition feeding system was proposed to solve the problems of limited ammunition carrying capacity, large resistance of ammunition feeding and long feeding line. The storage chamber consists of four separate cartridges to rotate the ammunition feeding system, which greatly shortens the supply line and reduces the resistance of ammunition feeding. By reasonably matching the rotating feeding time, the safe and reliable rotating feeding can be achieved. The structure of the ammunition feeding system is simple and compact, with the control and operation being conve-nient, and the operation being reliable. It not only satisfies the requirement of stable ammunition fee-ding, small drag resistance, but also is convenient for operation and maintenance. It can effectively solve the difficult problem of the storage ammunition feeding system of small-caliber anti-aircraft gun system at present.
