摘要
采用原位复合法,用NaBH 4还原碳量子点(CQDs)表面的Ag^+,制备出高效的CQDs/Ag复合材料。该复合材料溶液中加入溴氰菊酯,再加入1 mL pH为9.15的B-R缓冲溶液,用超纯水定容,常温反应30 min,当以激发/发射波长为341/429 nm时测得体系荧光强度明显增强,由此建立了测定蔬菜样品中溴氰菊酯残留量的新方法。在最佳实验条件下,体系的荧光强度与溴氰菊酯的浓度呈良好的线性关系,其线性范围为4.8~16.8μg/mL,相关系数r=0.9941,检出限为0.44μg/mL,回收率范围为95.8%~109.7%。该方法快速简便,适用于蔬菜中溴氰菊酯残留的检测。
The composites of carbon quantum dots and nano-Ag(CQDs/Ag)were synthesized by in-situ synthesis.The effects of deltamethrin on the fluorescence intensity of CQDs/Ag were studied.The experimental results indicate that deltamethrin can be used to enhance fluorescence intensity of CQDs/Ag.A new method for measuring deltamethrin in vegetables was developed.Incubation in pH=9.15 B-R buffer solution at 25℃ for 30 min,the fluorescence intensity of CQDs/Ag system and deltamethrin concentration had good linear relationship,the linear range was 4.8-16.8μg/mL with a correlation coefficient r of 0.9941.The detection limit was 0.44μg/mL.The content of deltamethrin in vegetables was detected by using the method and recovery rates were 95.8%-109.7%.The method is simple and applicable for the detection of deltamethrin in vegetables with satisfactory results.
