基于智慧校园建设下的高校档案管理机制研究

在分析智慧校园建设的基础上,提出从高校档案组织体系、高校档案制度体系、高校档案信息服务体系三个方面建立高校档案管理机制。认为高校应根据《高校档案管理办法》要求建立高校档案馆,切实履行其行政职能,树立“大档案观”,把高校档案馆建设成高校信息资源中心,为智慧校园建设提供智慧化的档案信息服务,并在发展过程中实现高校档案工作的质的飞跃。

Based on the analysis of the construction of smart campus,this paper proposes to establish an efficient Archives management mechanism from three aspects:the Archives organization system,the Archives system and the Archives information service system.It is believed that colleges and universities should set up Archives in accordance with the requirements of the Measures for the Management of Archives in Universities,fulfill their administrative functions effectively,establish the concept of"big Archives",build Archives in universities into information resource centers,so as to provide intelligent Archives information service for the construction of smart campus,and to realize the qualitative flying of Archives work in Colleges and universities in the process of development.
