我国开放政府数据应用开发的现状与问题——基于开放政府数据平台的分析

The Present Status and Problems of Developing Applications of Open Government Data in China——Based on the Analysis of Open Government Data Platform

[目的/意义]开放政府数据网站已成为数据应用发布的重要平台,现有研究较少关注平台上数据应用的开发和利用情况,本研究旨在调查国内开放政府数据平台上数据应用开发和利用现状,分析存在的问题,以促进开放政府数据的利用。[方法/过程]该文以国内43个开放政府数据平台为调查对象,通过描述性分析梳理各平台上数据应用的数量与开发主体、所属类型与主题、应用推广等基本情况。[结果/结论]研究结果发现:现有开放政府数据平台上的应用数量少且质量有待提高;部分应用更新维护不及时;部分应用简介和下载链接缺失;应用开发主体的积极性不高、应用的浏览和下载情况较差等。最后,针对上述问题提出了对策建议。

[Purpose/Significance]The open government data website has become an important platform for the release of data applications.Existing researches pay less attention to the development and utilization of data applications on the platform.The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of data application development and utilization on domestic open government data platform,and analyze the existing problems,so as to promote the utilization of open government data.[Method/Process]This paper takes 43 domestic open government data platforms as research objects.Through descriptive analysis,it sorts out the number of data applications on each platform,the types of development subjects and the application and promotion of themes.[Result/Conclusion]It is found that the number of applications on the existing open government data platform is not much,and the quality needs to be improved.It’s also found that some application introduction and download link are missing,the enthusiasm of application developers is not high,and the browsing and downloading of applications are poor.At last,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
