Research on the Profit Models of Big Data Transaction in China

[目的/意义]旨在分析国内大数据盈利模式,为大数据交易研究与实践提供参考。[方法/过程]通过对大数据交易的主客体、权利归属和数据定价等因素进行分析,建立与大数据交易模式的逻辑关系。[结果/结论]大数据交易盈利模式有大数据交易平台(中介)盈利模式、大数据交易卖方盈利模式、数据持有型大数据交易平台盈利模式、技术服务型大数据平台盈利模式四种,根据不同交易客体细分包括交易分成模式、保留数据增值收益权模式、一次性交易数据所有权模式、多次交易数据使用权模式。

[Purpose/Significance]This research aims to analyze the domestic big data profit model and provide reference for the research and practice of big data transactions.[Method/Process]By analyzing the factors such as subject and object, ownership of rights and data pricing of big data transactions, the research establishes a logical relationship with the big data transaction mode.[Result/Conclusion]Big data trading profit models include big data trading platform(intermediary) profit model, big data transaction seller profit model, data holding big data trading platform profit model, and technical service big data platform profit model. According to different transaction object segments, the big data trading profit modes may be categorized into transaction profit-sharing mode, retention data value-added income right mode, one-time transaction data ownership mode, and multiple transaction data usage rights mode.
