摘要 涡流制动常用于高速磁浮列车的紧急制动工况。文中基于等效磁路法建立了涡流制动力的数学模型,析出涡流制动力的影响因素,结合有限元仿真分析手段,分析了气隙、速度及磁极数量对涡流制动力的影响规律,确定了制动磁极的最优设计参数。根据涡流制动器的受力情况,设计了同时满足制动力、吸力及结构重力的悬挂结构,并在此基础上分析了整个涡流制动过程及制动力构成。最后总结提炼了包含涡流制动的总制动力计算方法,对制动距离的计算具有一定的参考意义。 Eddy current braking is usually used in emergency braking conditions of high-speed maglev trains.In this paper,the mathematical model of eddy current braking force is based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method.According to this model,the influencing factors of eddy current braking force are analyzed.Combined with finite element simulation analysis,the influence of air gap,velocity and number of magnetic poles on eddy current braking force is also studied in depth,and the optimal design parameters of the brake magnetic pole are determined.According to the force of the eddy current brake,the suspension structure that meets the braking force,suction force and structural gravity is designed.Based on this,the whole eddy current braking process and braking force are clarified.Finally,the calculation method of total braking force under eddy current braking is refined,which can provide a certain reference for the calculation of braking distance.
