高铁用整体吊弦线体断裂原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,我国高铁用整体吊弦不断发生断裂情况,对机车安全运行造成一定的威胁。为研究目前高铁接触网系统中整体吊弦断裂的原因,避免高速铁路运输过程中由整体吊弦断裂带来的安全隐患问题,提高高速铁路运输效率,保障铁路运输安全,以A型铜镁合金绞线JTMH10型号高铁整体吊弦为研究对象,采用静力学仿真分析、断口形貌观察、化学成分检验等方法分别研究应力集中、摩擦磨损、低周疲劳、电致塑性效应、受力拉伸、环境腐蚀、材料本身缺陷等因素对线体断裂的影响。试验结果表明,高铁吊弦线体的断裂是由多种因素同时作用、各因素之间相互影响的结果。 In recent years,theintegrated dropper of high-speed railway in China is constantly broken,which poses a certain threat to train safety.For the study of thedropper broken reason in high-speed catenary system,to avoid safety problemsin the process of highspeed railway operation caused by the rupture of droppers problem,improve the efficiency of high-speed railway transport,to ensure the safety of railway transportation,based on the type A magnesium alloy copper stranded wire JTMH10 type high-speed rail as the research object of droppers,using static simulation analysis,fracture morphology observation and chemical composition inspection methods respectively to study the stress concentration,the friction and wear,low cycle fatigue,electrically induced plasticity effect,mechanical drawing,environmental corrosion,material itself defects such as the influence of factors on the fracture line.The experimental results show that the fracture of high speed railway integrated dropper string body is caused by the simultaneous action of many factors and the mutual influence of various factors.
