摘要 为了适应铁路货车提速、重载的发展要求,车辆部门迫切需要方便快捷的检测和评价各类车辆安全监测设备技术状态,借助既有的5T系统数据传输通道和红外检测车运用模式,研究建设5T综合检测车及应用系统,深入分析设备检修流程,提出系统总体架构、功能设计、跨铁路内外网数据传输等关键技术解决方案,实现对设备技术状态动态检测,为设备检修维护提供一种有效的技术手段。 In order to meet the development requirements of speed increase and heavy load of railway trucks,the vehicle department urgently needs convenient and quick detection and evaluation of the technical status of various vehicle safety monitoring equipment.With the help of the available 5T system data transmission channel and the application mode of infrared detection vehicle,the 5T integrated inspection vehicle and its application system are researched and constructed.Through the study of the transmission scheme of the vehicle data crossing the railway internal and external network,the real-time,safe and stable transmission of the vehicle data is realized,and finally the dynamic detection of rail side monitoring equipment accuracy and equipment technology is realized.The state of operation provides an effective technical methods for equipment maintenance.
