乙醇掺混喷射对汽油机进气道喷水影响的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在水中加入乙醇可有效降低冰点,降低发动机喷水技术在冬季的应用难度。为研究乙醇和水混合喷射对汽油机喷水效果的影响,在定容弹中研究了不同比例乙醇水溶液的喷雾特性,并基于某1.5L直喷增压汽油机开展了气道喷水台架试验研究。结果表明:随着乙醇比例增加,喷雾贯穿距减小,雾化情况明显改善。在水中加入乙醇可同时降低汽油和水消耗量,提升热效率,降低CO和THC排放,并改善喷水导致的曲轴箱压力升高问题。 Water blended with ethanol can decrease its freezing point effectively and reduce the application difficulty of engine water injection in cold winter.In order to investigate the effect of ethanol-water mixing injection on water injection of gasoline engine,the spray characteristics of ethanol solution were studied in constant volume bomb based on different mixing proportions and the bench test was conducted based on a 1.5 LTGDI engine with port water injection.The results showed that the spray penetration decreased and the atomization obviously improved with the increase of ethanol ratio.Besides,water blended with ethanol could reduce both gasoline and water consumption,improve thermal efficiency,reduce CO and THC emissions,and mitigate the crankcase pressure rise caused by water injection.
