复掺SAC与粉煤灰改性水泥砂浆强度的研究

摘要 通过在水泥砂浆中掺入粉煤灰与SAC,研究了在复掺作用下水泥砂浆强度的变化情况,利用差热分析曲线定量计算出水化产物中氢氧化钙含量。结果表明:随着SAC掺量增加,28d水泥砂浆抗折强度增加;粉煤灰掺量较大时,28d水泥砂浆抗压强度随着SAC掺量的增加而降低;复掺5%粉煤灰、10%SAC的效果最佳,掺合料的加入降低了水化产物氢氧化钙含量。 By adding fly ash and SAC into the cement mortar,the influence of compound admixture on the strength of cement mortar was studied.The content of calcium hydroxide in hydrate was quantitatively calculated by differential thermal analysis curve.The results showed that:the flexural strength of 28 d cement mortar increased with SAC content.The compressive strength of 28 d cement mortar decreases with SAC content when fly ash content is large.When mixed with 5% fly ash and 10% SAC,the effect is the best.The content of hydrated product calcium hydroxide decreased with the addition of admixtures.
