摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定氢溴酸右美沙芬咀嚼片含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent Extend C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以磷酸溶液(取磷酸和三乙胺各5mL,加水至1000mL)-乙腈(70:30)为流动相;检测波长为278nm,流速为1.0m L·min^-1。结果:氢溴酸右美沙芬在28.41μg^454.61μg·m L^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=1),平均回收率99.42%,RSD为1.31%。结论:本方法操作简便、重复性、回收率良好,可更好的用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Chewable Tablets.Method: An Agilent Extend C18 column( 4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) was adopted with the mobile phase of PBS-Acetonitrile( 70: 30) at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 278 nm. Results: The linear response range of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide was 28.41μg ~ 454.61μg·m L^-1,the average recovery was 99.42% and the RSD was 1.31%. Conclusions: The method is simple and the recovery and reproducibility are pretty well. The method can be operated for the quality control of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Chewable Tablets.
