胃蛋白酶原联合NBI放大胃镜在早期胃癌诊断中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Pepsinogen Combined with NBI Magnifying Gastroscope in the Diagnosis of Early Gastric Cancer

目的:探究早期胃癌诊断中胃蛋白酶原联合NBI放大胃镜的应用效果。方法:连续选取2017年5月至2018年3月期间因上消化道症状在我院门诊就诊及我院体检中心的病人,对照组、研究组各80例;所有患者均进行胃蛋白酶原联合NBI放大胃镜检查,对比160例患者血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ以及PGⅠ/PGⅡ值。结果:慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃恶性溃疡患者PGⅠ检查结果均低于对照组,胃恶性溃疡组患者PGⅠ以及PGⅠ/PGⅡ值与慢性萎缩性胃炎组患者相比明显较低,胃良性溃疡患者血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ高于对照组,PGⅠ/PGⅡ值低于对照组,早期胃癌组患者PGⅠ以及PGⅠ/PGⅡ值低于胃良性溃疡组,早期胃癌组患者PGⅠ以及PGⅠ/PGⅡ值与胃恶性溃疡组相比较低,早期胃癌组患者治疗前后血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ以及PGⅠ/PGⅡ值对比有明显差异,对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期胃癌患者临床诊断中胃蛋白酶原联合NBI放大胃镜的应用能够及时了解患者胃蛋白酶水平,为临床诊断提供全面准确的参照指标,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Objective: To explore the application effect of pepsinogen combined with NBI magnifying gastroscope in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer. Methods: From May 2017 to March 2018,patients with upper digestive tract symptoms in the outpatient department of our hospital and the physical examination center of our hospital were selected consecutively. All patients were pepsinogen joint NBI amplification gastroscopy,compared 160 patients serum PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ and PG Ⅰ/PG Ⅱ values. Results: Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,gastric malignant ulcer PG Ⅰ results are lower than the control group,the gastric malignant ulcer patients PG Ⅰand PG Ⅰ/PG Ⅱ value was associated with significantly lower compared with patients with chronic atrophic gastritis group and benign gastric ulcer patients’ serum PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ is higher than the control group,PG Ⅰ/PG Ⅱ value is lower than the control group,patients with early gastric cancer group and PG Ⅰ PG Ⅰ/PG Ⅱ value lower than that of benign gastric ulcer group,patients with early gastric cancer group and PG Ⅰ PG Ⅰ/PG Ⅱ values compared with gastric malignant ulcer group is low,Early gastric cancer patients before and after treatment serum PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ and PG Ⅰ/PG Ⅱ value contrast have obvious difference,contrast had statistical significance( P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of pepsinogen combined with NBI magnifying gastroscope in the clinical diagnosis of patients with early gastric cancer can timely understand the level of pepsin in patients,provide comprehensive and accurate reference indexes for clinical diagnosis,and has a high promotion value.
