高尿酸血症预测急性心力衰竭患者长期预后的临床价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析研究高尿酸血症对于预测急性心力衰竭长期预后的临床应用价值。方法:选择120例心力衰竭患者作为研究组,另外同期选择120例非心力衰竭患者作为对照组,分析高尿酸血症对于心力衰竭的影响,并对入组患者随访24月生存情况。结果:研究组患者的血尿酸水平整体要高于对照组,对比两组患者的基础资料,疾病的发生类型、血尿酸水平、心功能以及随访24月死亡率存在差异,多元logistic回归分析、心力衰竭患病分析表明高尿酸症对心力衰竭存在影响。组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高尿酸血症易引发急性心力衰竭,是诱发心功能发生改变的危险因素。
