新时代德昂族女性主体意识,其表现形式可以概括为性别平等意识、自我发展意识、自我表现欲望趋于增强,"文化自信"意识彰显等几个方面。总结德昂族女性主体意识迅速发展的原因,需要借助历史思维,才能深刻洞悉。新中国成立70年来,追求民族平等、性别平等、妇女解放的社会主义制度为德昂族女性主体意识的确立提供了制度保障。而改革开放以来社会经济生活的历史性巨变则为德昂族女性主体意识的发展创造了条件。新时代妇联工作方法的不断创新赋予德昂族妇女更多实现自我价值的机会。尽管,德昂族女性主体意识在改革开放的实践中得到了张扬,但在中国特色社会主义新时代,仍然需要以一种契合国家期待和时代发展要求的方式不断提升。

In the new era, De’ang women’s subjective consciousness can be categorized into the consciousness of gender equality, the consciousness of self-development, the consciousness of self-expression, and the consciousness of cultural confidence. A historical perspective should be taken to probe into the reasons why De’ang women’s subjective consciousness has been developing so rapidly. In the 70 years since the founding of People’s Republic of China, the socialist system of pursuing national equality, gender equality, and women’s liberation has provided institutional guarantee for the establishment of De’ang women’s subjectivity. The historic changes in social and economic life since the reform and opening up have created conditions for the development of De’ang women’s subjectivity.The continuous innovation of the working methods of the Women’s Federation in the new era has given De’ang women more opportunities to realize their self-worth. Although the female subjective consciousness has been promoted in the practice of reform and opening up, in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it still needs to be continuously improved in a way that meets the expectations of the country and the requirements of the development of the times.
