天津现代农业产业技术体系创新团队建设进展与成效

The Construction Progress and Effect of Modern Agricultural Technology System Innovation Team in Tianjin

在国家及其他省市创新团队引导下,天津于2017年初启动了现代农业产业技术体系创新团队建设工作。过去2年来,创新团队积极开展科技研发、新品种引进培育、技术指导培训、科技成果推广应用等各项工作。实践表明,创新团队运行增强了成员间科研协作意识,加快了农业科技管理体制机制改革,拓展了农业科技培训范围和方式,促进了产学研融合,这些均有助于农产品科技含量与产业化水平提升。针对性提出了促进天津创新团队运行能力提升的对策建议。

Tianjin had set up modern agricultural technology system innovation teams since 2017 which was guided by other provinces and cities innovation teams.The innovation teams actively carried out the agricultural science research,introduction and cultivation of new varieties,guidance and training,popularization of scientific and tcehnological achievements and other works in the past two years.The operation of innovation teams had enhanced the sense of scientific research cooperation among members,accelerated the reform of agricultural science and technology management system and mechanism,expanded the scope and mode of agricultural training,promoted the integration and cooperation of industryuniversity-research.These could enhance the scientific and technological content of agricultural products and the level of industrialization.The paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote operation ability of innovation teams in Tianjin.
