葵花杆基活性炭制备及其吸附性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文采用高温活化的葵花杆制备活性炭。采用正交实验法,讨论了活化剂分别为氢氧化钾和碳酸钾时,活性炭的最佳制备方案。利用紫外-可见分光光度仪测定了活性炭的亚甲基蓝吸附值和碘吸附值,利用热分析仪对活性炭进行热力学分析,利用扫描电镜观察活性炭的表面形貌。结果表明,用氢氧化钾活化的活性炭,其表面以微孔和中孔为主,亚甲基蓝和碘的最大吸附值分别为317.65mg g-1和2074.41mg g-1;用碳酸钾活化的活性炭,其表面多为大孔,亚甲基蓝和碘的最大吸附值分别为276.92mg g-1和2313.89 mg g-1。 The activated carbon with high-temperature activation sun ower bar was prepared by orthogonal experimental method.When the activator was potassium hydroxide and potassium carbonate respectively,the best preparation solutions of activated carbon were discussed.Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the surface morphology of activated carbon,thermodynamic analysis was carried out with thermodynamic analyzer,the methylene blue adsorption value and iodine adsorption value of activated carbon were determined by spectrophotometer according to GB method.The results showed that the surface of activated carbon activated by potassium hydroxide was mainly microporous and mesoporous,the methylene blue adsorption value was 317.65mg/g,and the iodine adsorption value 2074.41mg/g;the surface of activated carbon activated by potassium carbonate was mainly microporous and mesoporous,the methylene blue adsorption value was 276.92mg/g,iodine adsorption value of was 2313.89 mg/g.
