摘要
本文对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的剪切黏度进行了相关研究。采用毛细管流变仪,测量了熔融状态下两种不同牌号的高密度聚乙烯在剪切速率下的剪切黏度,分析了高密度聚乙烯的零剪切黏度和黏流活化能,讨论了影响高密度聚乙烯剪切黏度的因素,并提出相应的解决办法。研究表明,高密度聚乙烯熔体的零剪切黏度,随着温度的升高而逐渐下降,低剪切速率时,黏流活化能随剪切速率的增大而增大。
In this paper,the shear viscosity of high density polyethylene(HDPE)was studied.The shear viscosity at the shear rate of two different grades of high density polyethylene in molten state was measured by capillary rheometer.The zero shear viscosity and viscous activation energy of high density polyethylene were analyzed.The influence factors were discussed.The results showed that the zero shear viscosity of high density polyethylene melt decreased with the increase of temperature,and the viscous flow activation energy increased with the increase of shear rate at low shear rate.
