悬胆折流式预热浓缩装置制备高分子络合碳酸盐LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4的工业化探究

摘要 采用悬胆折流式预热浓缩装置,中试工业化生产5V锂离子电池LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4正极材料。与实验型溶胶凝胶法相比,本法可降低传统预热浓缩所需的热量能耗,缩短工艺反应时间。经XRD、SEM和充放电循环测试,所合成的材料具有尖晶石结构,粒径大小分布均匀,在1C大倍率充放电下,首次放电容量达到128mAh g^-1,循环30次后容量保持率为95%。中试合成材料与实验溶胶凝胶法产品的性能等同,具备工业化大规模生产前景。 In this article,cathode material of 5V lithium ion battery,LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4,was produced by a suspended-bile-flow type preconcentrator.Compared with the sol-gel method,this method could effectively reduce the preconcentrating energy and save the reaction durations.The material was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and chargedischarge cycle.It was characterized that as-synthesized material had a spinel structure with narrow particle size distribution.The initial discharge capacity reached 128mAh/g by 1C amplification of charge discharge.After 30 times of charge-discharge cycles,the capacity retention rate kept 95%.This stable electrochemical performance equivalent to traditional sol-gel product could apply to next step mass production and marketing promotion.
