原油预处理单元减压塔塔顶系统露点腐蚀与控制

摘要 某常减压装置存在低温轻油和高温重油两类腐蚀问题。本文针对原油预处理单元减压塔顶部的实际腐蚀问题,提出了防腐对策,并给出了针对性建议。 In this paper,a silicone oil with low viscosity and high hydroxyl terminated content was prepared.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,hydrolysis temperature and hydrolysis time on the viscosity and hydroxyl content of the product were studied.The results showed that the viscosity and hydroxyl content of the prepared hydroxyl terminated silicone oil were better when the reaction temperature was(110±5)℃,the reaction time was 4~6h,the hydrolysis temperature was 75~80℃,and the hydrolysis time was 3h.
