摘要
目的:探究低管电压联合迭代重建技术(SAFIRE)在BMI正常腰椎疾病患者多层螺旋CT检查中的应用效果。方法:选取90例BMI正常腰椎疾病患者,分为A组(100kVp)、B组(80kVp)和C组(120kVp),各30例。接受多层螺旋CT平扫,扫描后C组采用滤波反投影法(FBP)开展图像重建,A组和B组分别采用FBP及SAFIRE,观察检测结果。结果:采用SAFIRE的A组和B组图像质量客观评价相关指标低于FBP,采用FBP的A组以及采用FBP和SAFIRE的B组图像质量客观评价相关指标高于C组,采用FBP的A组以及B组的图像质量主观评分均低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:低管电压联合SAFIRE在BMI正常腰椎疾病患者多层螺旋CT检查中的应用显著,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of low tube combined with iterative reconstruction(SAFIRE) technique in multi-slice spiral CT examination of patients with BMI normal lumbar disease.Methods: 90 patients with BMI normal lumbar disease were divided into group A(100 kVp), group B(80 kVp) and group C(120 kVp), 30 cases each. The multi-slice spiral CT scan was performed. After the scan, the image reconstruction was performed by the filtered back projection method(FBP) in the group C.The FBP and SAFIRE were used in the group A and group B, respectively. Results: The objective evaluation of the image quality of group A and group B using SAFIRE is lower than that of FBP. The group A using FBP and the image quality of group B using FBP and SAFIRE are higher than the group C, and the group A of FBP is used. Subjective scores of image quality in group B were lower than those in group C(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of low tube voltage combined with SAFIRE in multislice spiral CT examination of patients with BMI normal lumbar disease is worthy of clinical promotion.
