摘要
随着读者需求的变化、资源数量的增长,以及受到移动端服务、信息安全威胁等因素的冲击,医院图书馆的地位日益受到挑战,创新服务方式已势在必行.文章通过对医院图书馆面临的挑战进行分析,明确了医院图书馆创新服务的必要性和迫切性,进而提出医院图书馆可从日常工作、环境营造两方面开展创新服务,具体包括:提供信息整理服务、组织培训讲座、提供手机平台服务、建立合作网、利用5S管理法、设计创新空间、更新馆舍布局.
With the change of demand from readers, the increase of resources, and the impact of mobile services, information security threats and other factors, hospital libraries are facing increased challenges in their position, and innovative service mode is imperative. By analyzing the challenges faced by the hospital libraries, this paper emphasizes the necessity and urgency of the innovative service of the hospital libraries, and puts forward suggestions about innovative service from two aspects of daily work and environment construction, including: providing information sorting service, organizing training lectures, providing mobile platform service, establishing cooperation network, adopting 5 S management method, designing innovative space and updating the layout of the library facilities.
