智慧医疗是利用物联网技术,在患者与医务人员、医疗机构和医疗设备之间建立起的健康档案区域医疗信息平台,包括智慧医院系统、区域卫生系统以及家庭健康系统.在互联网医疗与大数据背景下,各种远程医疗监护系统或平台与逐渐普及的生物传感设备的智能化结合,为慢性病管理提供了新的医疗管理模式.对此,文章围绕智慧医疗健康生态系统介绍并讨论了慢性病管理与智慧医疗的发展现状,以及智慧医疗的3个主要应用领域慢性非传染性疾病的健康管理和相关举例说明,同时也指出了尚待进一步研究和完善的问题与挑战.

Intelligent medical service is a health record-based regional medical information platform established between patients,medical staff,medical institutions and medical manufacturers using Internet technology,including intelligent hospital system,regional health system and family health system.In the context of Internet medical care and big data,the intelligent combination of various telemedicine monitoring systems or platforms and biosensor equipment provides a new medical management mode for chronic diseases.To this end,this paper introduces and discusses the current situation of the development of chronic disease management and intelligent medical treatment as well as health management in chronic noninfectious diseases using related examples in three main application areas of intelligent medical treatment,and also points out the problems and challenges that need further investigation and improvement.
