患者家属参与医疗决策的现状与启示

Family participation in medical decision-making

患者家属是医疗决策中的重要成员,当前研究主要关注于患者的决策参与,往往忽视了家属在决策中的作用.文章通过文献回顾,首先从国内外家属决策参与的法律规制、意义以及传统文化角度来论述家属决策参与的必要性,再分析当前家属决策参与的期望与实际现状及影响因素,最后探讨家属在决策参与过程中面临的挑战和建议,并提出未来研究方向,为临床实践及相关研究提供参考.

Family members are important components in medical decision-making.Many recent studies have focused on the participation of patients in decision-making but ignored the role of family members in this process.Based on literature review,this article elucidates the necessity and significance of family involvement in medical decision-making from the perspective of legal regulations and traditional cultures,and analyzes the expectation and reality,and influencing factors of family participation.Finally,the authors discuss the challenges and countermeasures of family involvement in medical decision-making,in an attempt to provide evidence for future research and clinical practice.
