摘要
目的 分析应用盐酸司来吉兰与美多芭联合治疗帕金森病的疗效。方法 56例帕金森病患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组28例。对照组患者口服美多芭治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上口服盐酸司来吉兰治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、不同时间点统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组患者的治疗总有效率89.29%显著高于对照组的64.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前及治疗1个月后UPDRS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,试验组患者的UPDRS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的不良反应发生率为7.14%,显著低于对照组的35.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 美多芭联合盐酸司来吉兰治疗帕金森病,可有效改善患者临床症状,不良反应小,值得临床推广及使用。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of Madopar combined with selegiline hydrochloride in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.Methods A total of 56 patients with Parkinson’s disease were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received oral Madopar for treatment,and the experimental group received oral selegiline hydrochloride for treatment.The clinical efficacy,unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale(UPDRS)score at different time points and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 89.29%in the experimental group was significantly higher than 64.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment and after 1 month of treatment,there was no statistically significantly difference in UPDRS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the UPDRS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.14%in the experimental group,which was significantly lower than 35.71%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Madopar combined with selegiline hydrochloride can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Parkinson’s disease with less adverse reactions,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
