肝素钠在断指再植手术与术后康复治疗中的应用价值研究

Study on application value of heparin sodium in replantation of severed fingers and postoperative rehabilitation

目的 研究肝素钠在断指再植手术与术后康复治疗中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析15例行断指再植手术患者的临床资料。所有患者均在断指再植手术与术后康复治疗中使用肝素钠。观察15例患者的治疗情况。结果 15例患者在断指再植手术与康复治疗中使用肝素钠并取得了良好效果,均痊愈出院。结论 在断指再植手术以及术后康复治疗中使用肝素钠,能够提高断指的成活率,值得在临床中广泛推广。

Objective To discuss the application value of heparin sodium in replantation of severed fingers and postoperative rehabilitation.Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with severed finger replantation was retrospectively analyzed.All patients used heparin sodium for replantation of severed fingers and postoperative rehabilitation.The treatment situation of 15 patients were observed.Results 15 patients received heparin sodium for replantation of severed fingers and postoperative rehabilitation and the results was good.All patients recovered and discharged.Conclusion Application of heparin sodium for replantation of severed fingers and postoperative rehabilitation can improve the survival rate of severed fingers,and it can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
