十三五时期贵州农村学校卓越教师团队建设情况调查与分析

摘要 通过对贵州农村中小学及幼儿园的调查,发现贵州农村学校卓越教师团队建设已经启动,并取得了一定的成就。但由于起步较晚,各方面的条件尚不成熟,因此还存在一系列问题:卓越教师团队数量分布不均衡;卓越教师团队成员专业知识和教研能力相对薄弱;团队学科分布不均,成员数量较少,经费不够充裕,运行方式单一,监管有所缺失;团队建设对学校教育发展的作用和效果不明显。研究认为,今后的建设应注意四个方面:一是提高卓越教师团队数量,二是为其提供足够制度和经费保障,三是加强卓越教师专业知识和教研能力的提升,四是要扩大学科覆盖面,丰富团队运行方式。 Through the investigation of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in rural areas of Guizhou,it is found that the construction of excellent teachers'team in rural schools of Guizhou has started and made some achievements.However,due to its late starting and immature conditions,there are still a series of problems.Distribution of excellent teachers'team is not balanced.Professional knowledge and research ability of excellent teachers'team members are relatively weak.Team disciplines are unevenly distributed.The number of members is small.The funds are insufficient.The mode of operation is single.Supervision is lacking.The role and effect of team building on the development of school education is not obvious.In the future,we should pay attention to four aspects:firstly,to increase the number of excellent teachers'team;secondly,to provide adequate system and financial support for them;thirdly,to enhance the professional knowledge and research ability of excellent teachers;and fourthly,to expand the subject coverage and enrich the operation mode of the teams.
