摘要
从聚硅烷(PS)与钛酸丁酯(Ti(OBu)_4)出发,不用任何反应促进剂直接合成了含 Ti 的 SiC 纤维的先驱体聚钛碳硅烷(PTC—Ⅲ)。在这一反应中,PS 裂解为含 Si—H 键的低分子聚硅烷(LPS)。LPS 的的 Si—H 键与 Ti(OBu)_4反应并伴随着发生 Si-Si 骨架向 Si—C 骨架的转化。从 PTC—Ⅲ出发已制得了有良好力学性能的含 Ti 的 SiC 纤维。本文研究了 PS 与 Ti(OBu)_4的反应及其对 PTC 特性的影响。
Polytitanocarbosilane(PTC-Ⅲ),the precursor of SiC fiber containing Ti,hasbeen synthesized directly from polysilane(PS)and titanium tetrabutoxide Ti(OBu)_4 without us-ing any reaction promoter.In this reaction,PS was decomposed into polysilane of low molecu-lar weight(LPS)containing Si-C skeleton and Si-H bonds.Then PTC was obtained by the re-action of Si-H bonds in LPS with Ti(OBu)_4 accompanied by the conversion of Si-Si skeletonin LPS into Si-C skeleton.SiC fiber containing Ti with good mechanical properties was ob-tained from PTC-Ⅲ.In this paper,the reaction between PS and Ti(OBu)_4 and its effect on theproperties of PTC prepared were examined.
