康复新液联合美沙拉嗪治疗轻度溃疡性结肠炎的效果及其对患者血小板计数及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、γ干扰素水平的影响

Effect of Kangfuxin Ye combined with mesalazine on mild ulcerative colitis and its effect on platelet count and serum tumor necrosis factor-αand interferon-γ levels

目的探讨康复新液联合美沙拉嗪治疗轻度溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的效果及其对患者血小板计数及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、γ干扰素(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)水平的影响。方法选取孝感市中心医院2015年4月至2018年4月收治的60例轻度UC患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用康复新液保留灌肠,维持治疗8周,比较两组患者治疗前后血小板计数、血清TNF-α、IFN-γ水平及Mayo评分。结果治疗后,两组患者Mayo评分、血小板计数及血清TNF-α、IFN-γ水平均显著低于本组治疗前(均P<0.05),且观察组患者Mayo评分、血小板计数及血清TNF-α、IFN-γ水平均显著低于同期对照组(均P<0.05),但两组患者血小板计数和不良反应发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论康复新液联合美沙拉嗪能够改善轻度UC患者的血液高凝状态,减轻炎性反应,效果显著,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin Ye combined with mesalazine on mild ulcerative colitis(UC)and the effect on the platelet count and the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)of patients.Method 60 patients with mild UC in Xiaogan City Central Hospital from April 2015 to April 2018 were selected as subjects of study,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,30 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with mesalazine enteric coated tablets,and patients in observation group were treated with Kangfuxin Ye retention enema on the basis of the treatment of control group.After 8 weeks of maintenance treatment,the platelet count,serum levels of TNF-αand IFN-γbefore and after treatment and the Mayo scores of the two groups were compared.Result After treatment,the Mayo scores,platelet count,serum levels of TNF-αand IFN-γof the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),the Mayo scores,platelet count and serum levels of TNF-αand IFN-γin observation group were significantly lower than those in control group during the same period(all P<0.05),however,there were no significant differences in platelet count and the the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Kangfuxin Ye combined with mesalazine in the treatment of mild UC is remarkable,it can improve the hypercoagulable state and alleviate the inflammatory reaction,and has high safety.
