摘要
小说《爱玛》的女主人公爱玛的人物特征和心智成长一直是评论关注的焦点。本文依据社会情境认知科学,研究特殊社会情境下小说人物的互动,分析爱玛的行为表现、心智运作以及对他人的心智解读,探讨她的行为产生的原因及其影响。在对事件、自我和他人进行深入认识和思考的过程中,爱玛不断探究自身的内心世界,并进一步完善自己。
The heroine Emma's character and mental growth in Emma have always been the focus of comments.Based on researches of socially situated cognition,this paper analyzes the action,language and mental operation of charactersinteraction under some special social situations,discusses Emma's behavior,mental operation and mental interpretation of the others,and explores the causes and influences of behaviors.In the process of in⁃depth understanding and thinking about events,herself and others,Emma constantly explores her mental world and im⁃proves herself.
