Yoghurt probiotics have a positive effect on the health of the body,and yogurt has become the most popular probiotic product.This article reviews the types,characteristics,physiological functions,applications and development trends of yoghurt probiotics,to provide reference for the development of probiotic yoghurt.It also indicates that the market for yoghurt probiotics will develop rapidly and the product connotation will be richer.
