摘要
以质量检测岗位职业能力培养为目标,针对高职院校食品营养与检测专业课程现状,就综合实训项目进行理论研究与实践探索。本文通过对教学现状的阐述,分析综合实训项目开发的必要性,提出具体的实施方案,以此进行教学实践,达到预期效果。
With the aim of quality inspection post professional ability training,the theoretical research and practical exploration of comprehensive training program are carried out in the course of food nutrition and detection specialty in higher vocational colleges.This paper through to the teaching present situation elaboration,has analyzed the comprehensive training project development necessity,proposed the concrete implementation plan,has carried on the teaching practice,achieves the anticipated effect.
