摘要 确保鲜切果蔬生产加工过程的安全健康,对每一位消费者来说都十分重要。本文通过论述鲜切果蔬的加工工艺和保鲜技术,分析得出加工过程中每一个步骤的核心要点以及保鲜技术的优点和注意事项,希望帮助鲜切果蔬产业更好更快的发展。 It is very important for every consumer to ensure the safety and health of fresh cut fruits and vegetables in the production and processing.This paper points out the processing technology and fresh-keeping technology of fresh cut fruits and vegetables,analyzes the key points of each step in the processing process and the advantages and precautions of each preservation technology,hoping to help the industry of fresh cut fruits and vegetables develop better and faster.
