荧光纳米材料在食品安全免疫检测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 纳米材料是指在微观结构中至少有一维处于纳米尺寸(0.1~100 nm)或由它们作为基本单元构成的各种固体超细材料。近年来,伴随着免疫荧光的发展,纳米材料借助其优越的物理特性,被越来越广泛的应用于食品安全检测等领域。目前,常用的荧光纳米材料主要有:纳米金、量子点(Quantum Dots,QDs)、高分子荧光纳米微球、核壳型荧光纳米颗粒和稀土金属荧光微球等。本文旨在介绍不同种类纳米材料的特点及制备方法,并对其在食品安全荧光免疫检测中的应用作一综述。 Nanomaterials refer to all kinds of solid ultra-fine materials with at least one dimension in nano size(0.1~100 nm)or composed of them as basic units.In recent years,with the rapid development of immunofluorescence,nanomaterials have been widely used in food safety detection and other fields because of their superior physical properties.At present,the commonly used fluorescent nanomaterials include gold nanoparticles,quantum dots(QDs),polymer fluorescent nanoparticles,core-shell fluorescent nanoparticles and rare earth metal fluorescent microspheres.The purpose of this paper is to introduced the characteristics and preparation methods of different kinds of nanomaterials,and to summarized their application in food safety fluorescent immunoassay.
