摘要
随着人们生活水平的快速提高,微波技术已经成为一种十分常见的食品加热技术。微波加热过程中,食品营养成分的结构会出现一定的变化,这种变化和微波技术的使用方法有着直接的联系。长时间使用微波加热食品会影响到人们的身体健康,因此本文主要针对微波处理对食品营养成分的影响进行分析,并结合实际情况提出意见和建议。
With the rapid development of living standards,microwave technology has become a very common food heating technology.In the process of microwave heating,there will be some changes in the structure of food nutrients,which is directly related to the use of microwave technology.The long-term use of microwave heating food will affect people’s health.This paper mainly analyzes the influence of microwave treatment on the cost of food nutrition,and puts forward suggestions and suggestions based on the actual situation.
