摘要 社会经济的推进式发展极大丰富了当代我国居民的精神、物质生活,养生观念成为当下人民群众所竞相追逐的时代潮流,这也意味着我国居民在身心健康方面的保护意识正不断觉醒。食品是维系人类生产、生存、生活的基本要素,因此食品的质量、安全可谓关系重大,牵扯社稷民生。食品检验工作作为把关食品品质、安全的关键门槛,各相关监管部门务必要严抓、狠抓,为人民饮食安全树立坚实保障,方能让人民群众吃得放心、活得舒心。 The promotion of social and economic development has greatly enriched the spiritual and material life of contemporary Chinese residents.The concept of health preservation has become the trend of The Times pursued by the people,which also means that the protection consciousness of Chinese residents in physical and mental health is constantly awakening.Food is the basic element to maintain human production,survival and life,so the quality and safety of food is of great importance,involving the people’s livelihood.Food inspection work as the key threshold of food quality and safety,the relevant regulatory departments must be strict,pay close attention to establish a solid guarantee for people’s food safety,in order to let the people eat at ease,live comfortable.
