摘要
近年来,我国的食品安全监督检查工作的规模在不断扩大,这与我国社会经济水平的提升以及人们消费能力的提升有直接关系。食品质量的检验检测工作在实际操作的过程中会出现很多问题,从而导致食品质量安全检验检测的综合准确性得不到保证。因此,本文对加强食品检验检测质量控制的对策进行探讨分析,为完善食品检验工作提供参考。
In recent years,the scale of food safety supervision and inspection in China has been increasing,which is directly related to the improvement of social and economic level and the improvement of people’s consumption ability.Food quality inspection and testing work in the actual operation process reflects many problems,which leads to the food quality and safety inspection and testing of the comprehensive accuracy is not guaranteed.Therefore,the paper attempts to strengthen the quality control of food inspection and provides reference for the improvement of food inspection.
