摘要
现行食品检验国家标准中给出一些方法的时效性和实用性有待提高,实际检验过程中也存在各种各样的问题需要解决。本文从实际检验操作出发,总结方法经验,改进并提高了几个微生物检验技术方法的合理性,增强了方法的可操作性,为检验工作提供了良好的参考价值。
The timeliness and practicability of some methods given in the national food inspection standards need to be improved,the actual inspection process will appear all sorts of problems to solve.This paper embarks from the actual inspection,summarize method of experience,improve and enhance the rationality of several microbiological technology method,to enhance the operability of the method.It provides a good reference value for the inspection work.
